Hospital Characteristics Associated with Higher Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) Scores in Virginia Hospitals
Seven characteristics thought to influence Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) survey scores were tested. Two of seven factors were found to influence HCAHPS scores.
