2025 Community Benefit Report

Virginia hospitals and health systems provided $3.7 billion in community benefit and other types of community support in the Commonwealth in 2023, according to the 2025 Annual Report on Community Benefit from the Virginia Hospital & Healthcare Association. Virginia hospitals also account for $62.2 billion in positive economic impact in the state.
