Backpack Healthcare Offers Mental Health, Discharge Planning, and Workflow Technology Tools to Support Health Care Providers

RICHMOND, VA – Virginia Hospital & Healthcare Association (VHHA) affiliate VHHA Solutions is pleased to announce a new partnership with Backpack Healthcare to offer patient throughput, mental health-related, and workflow technology services to support hospitals and providers in serving patients during their treatment journey.

Under the partnership, Backpack Healthcare will work with VHHA Solutions to offer several technology-driven solutions to hospitals and providers across the Commonwealth, including:

• Access to the cloud-based ReadyDischarge Platform to help streamline hospital discharge processes, reduce readmissions, and enhance care transitions.
• Comprehensive mental health support for pediatric, family, and individual treatment needs in alignment with state priorities.
• Artificial intelligence analytics and workflow tools to help improve health care management through absenteeism tracking and risk identification.
